1. Who manages your data
The data controller for this website is Football Events Spain SRL, tax number RO52953336, at str. BOBALNA 32, 805300 Tecuci, Romania. For questions or to exercise your rights, contact contact@footballeventsspain.com.
2. Data processed through the website
- Contact: your name, email address, subject and message content. If you contact us by other means, we process the data you provide in that correspondence.
- Operation and security: technical information associated with website access, such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information, which may appear in technical logs.
- Preferences: your choice regarding cookies and optional services.
- Optional services: information about website use through Google Analytics and technical data needed for antispam checks through Google reCAPTCHA, depending on your consent.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to use the form. Do not include medical data, copies of identity documents, bank details or detailed information about minors in the general message.
3. Why we use your data
We use contact data to respond to your request, prepare the information you ask for and continue the conversation you initiated. Pre-contractual requests are based on steps you request before entering into a contract; general correspondence and website security are based on the legitimate interest in managing communications and preventing abuse. Legal obligations are fulfilled on the basis of the law. Optional cookie-based services are activated on the basis of consent.
Sending a message does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter. Any commercial communication requiring separate consent is not authorised simply by using the form.
4. Who may receive your data
To the extent necessary, data may be accessed by those managing requests and the technical providers used for hosting, maintenance and email. Google receives data relating to Google Analytics or reCAPTCHA only under the conditions for activating the relevant service. Authorities or other recipients may receive data where there is a legal obligation.
Following links to social media or other external platforms involves interacting with that provider under its own rules. External links should not be confused with submitting the form to Football Events Spain SRL.
5. External services and transfers
Some international providers’ services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Transfers must use the relevant mechanism provided for by the GDPR: an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards, as applicable. You may request information about relevant safeguards at the contact address.
For Google services, see also Google’s privacy information. Data sent in your message is not included in the event measuring form submission.
6. How long data is kept
Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to manage the request and related discussions. Further retention must be limited to applicable legal obligations or the justified need to establish, exercise or defend a right. Technical logs are retained according to security needs and the retention cycles of the technical services used. Cookie durations are set out separately in the Cookie policy.
7. Your rights
Under the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Send your request to contact@footballeventsspain.com. Proportionate information may be needed to verify your identity. The usual response period is one month, with extensions permitted by law.
You may complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing — ANSPDCP or the authority competent for your circumstances.
8. Minors and data protection
The general form is intended for contact by adults, including club representatives and parents or guardians. Information about possible participation by minors must be handled separately, with the appropriate notices and authorisations; the general form does not replace those procedures.
The website connection uses HTTPS. Technical measures reduce risks but cannot eliminate every risk of internet transmission. reCAPTCHA may automatically assess technical indicators to identify spam.
9. Changes and related information
This policy may be updated when services or applicable rules change. See also the Legal notice and Cookie policy.
